At Privie, we're not your business consultants in suits. We come with years of experience across several Big Tech companies (as well as some smaller companies!), and think that your start-up, small, or medium-sized business deserves the same expertise as the giants.

For example, when we worked on smartglasses with an AI component, we studied consumer sentiment and feedback to make concrete recommendations on awareness campaigns and signalling in the tech itself. On the software side, we helped a company get their compliance packet ready so the B2B product they developed could be acquired by a major player in the field. By meeting the requirements the buyer set out, our client was able to complete this sale with very favourable terms.

Offer

Early Start-up support

For start-ups from pre-seed to Series A funding, we'll get to know your business and map out recommended compliance steps under the GDPR and other relevant digital regulations. We'll complete DPIAs and help your business reach the maturity that the next round of investors would expect. Rates start at 1000€ for an intro and mapping of steps.

Mature SMEs

You know what you are doing business-wise, and have a new product or expansion planned. We've got your back, and will work to complement and update your pre-existing policies and compliance so it's fit for the next level your business is heading, whether that's a new launch, or getting the compliance bundle ready for an acquisition. Rates start at 15,000€.

Training sessions

If you're operating in the UK or EU, there's a good chance you're required to provide annual data protection training to your employees. Starting in 2025, the AI Act requires AI literacy measures for companies in the EU, too. We run both types of training, in-person to be the most effective and engaging. For tailored training, our packages start at 20,000€.

Scaling Start-ups

For Series B and C funded companies with clearly defined products, we can handle everything under the GDPR for that UK and EU launch. We'll also apply other legislation, such as the EU AI Act, and provide support for the launch of your product. A great option if you're working with hardware or increasing personal data you hold. Rates start at 5000€.

So you've had a data breach.

You might have privacy policies in place and some employee training, but a data breach happened that was reported to your data protection regulator. We'll help you get back on track to compliance, upskill your employees, ensure recommendations from the regulator are in place, and handle communications to the regulator for you. Packages start at 20,000€.

Compliance from the ground up

You're a mature business that fell behind on compliance, or is doing that European expansion you've dreamt of, but don't know where to start when it comes to parsing the GDPR and other digital regulations. We'll come on-site and get you up to speed. 2 week packages start at 70,000€.
